Property Services ($40/hr)

Clean up for residential properties to achieve results that are an asset to your property

• Seasonal maintenance: raking, pinecone/needle pick up, leaf blowing, mulching, trimming hedges/trees/shrubs, tending flower/garden beds

House Cleaning ($30/hr)

House hold management that keeps your living space safe, comfortable, and in good condition

• Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms
• Window cleaning
• Alternating linens, laundry
• Carpet/rug cleaning, mopping, dusting, vacuuming

Handyman & Home Repairs ($30/hr to $50/hr)

 Handles general maintenance, repair, and installation tasks both indoors and outdoors for residential properties 

• General maintenance/repair
• Furniture assembly, light fixture replacement
• Repair screens, doors, shelves, and other items
• Patching and painting
• Landfill disposal - Minimum of 2/hr + Archuleta County yardage fee ($40-$50 average per load).

Caregiver Services ($30/hr)

Focused on providing non-medical support while enhancing the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of individuals

• Comfort and companionship
• Meal prep recipe planning, grocery shopping, pharmacy pickup
• Pet and indoor/outdoor plant care
• Specialized hobby assistance and recreational activities 

Transportation ($30/hr)

Providing safe mobility support to assist with day to day transportation and important client out of home needs

• Medical/hair/pet appointments
• Meetings/shopping trips
• Family visits
• Pagosa/Durango airports

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) ($40/hr)

Crucial Healthcare Professional ensuring patient safety and comfort

• Assist with bathing or showering
• Grooming tasks, dressing, and toileting
• Medication reminders
• Catheter care and repositioning to prevent skin breakdown

Social Worker, MSW, LCSW ($50/hr)

Evaluates psychosocial, emotional, practical needs, strengths, and challenges

• Develop individualized care plans, goals of care, and recovery
• Provide emotional support coping with illness, injury, or disability
• Resource identification
• Navigating healthcare systems
• Interdisciplinary team discussions with PCP, transitions of care for Palliative/Hospice, and hospital to home process
• Social Work/Case Management services
• Home visits to assist with individual care needs
